DCC Group/Flogas acquired the entire issued share capital of Naturgy Limited. DCC is a leading international sales, marketing, and support services group operating across four divisions: LPG, Retail & Oil, Technology, and Healthcare.
2020
Flogas Enterprise (formerly Naturgy) was the first shipper in Ireland to supply biomethane (renewable gas) to Irish businesses.
2019
First truck fuelled by renewable gas, supplied by Flogas Enterprise (formerly Naturgy) travelled over 1,000kms on a round-trip, carrying processed beef from Liffey Meats in Ballyjamesduff to Caen in France.
2018
Vayu Energy becomes known as Naturgy Ltd. Naturgy launches lighting as a service.
2017
Renewable portfolio of over 200MWs in ROI and NI. Only all island supplier recognised by the CER as providing Customers with 100% green electricity. 50+ employees
