Competition Terms & Conditions

The competition will be administered and managed by Flogas Enterprise Solutions Limited whose office is based at 24-28 Tara Street, Dublin 2, Ireland (the Promoter). All persons who take part in the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Duration:

The competition will open on Tuesday 12th March at 9.00am and close on Thursday 14th March at 5.30pm, (Dublin time). There will be one competition and one winner. After this time and date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received within that period for whatever reason.

Who can participate:

This competition is only open to customers of the Promoter as of Tuesday 12th March 2024 in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. The competition is free to enter.

The Prize:

There will be one winner in total receiving two tickets to the Guinness 6 Nations Game, Ireland – Scotland on Saturday 26th March 2024.

Winner:

The Promoter will announce the winner on Friday morning, 15th March 2024 or as soon as possible after the draws take place. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.

Right to cancel or amend:

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of Force Majeure including anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competitions will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

Jurisdiction:

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
